A booking and rota system across nine sites, integrated with the existing records system rather than replacing it.

Meridian had nine clinics on a booking tool built for one. Double-booking was routine and the rota lived in a separate system that nobody trusted.
Rather than a rip-and-replace, we built alongside the records system and migrated one site at a time, keeping both in sync until the last site moved over.
The rollout took five months with no cancelled clinics.
