If you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, optional company name and message you submit. Nothing else on this site collects personal data.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, where it leads to work, to carry out that work. We do not sell it and we do not use it for marketing you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to client engagements are kept as long as required for tax and contractual purposes.

Your rights

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
• Ask us to delete it, where we have no obligation to keep it.
